  1. While stretching and Vitamin M may seem like the right approach, I was thinking more along the lines of anabolic steroids. That way, while the pain may not improve, your calves will look marvelous. Just a thought.

  2. Must be sumthin in the water down there. Injured one day and healed two days later! How does a guy go from Hopalong Cassidy to the Lone Ranger (with his trusty sidekick Tonto, er, Ollie) overnight? I think you're on the right track though with your recuperative plan. Think how much better it'd be with increased stretching (out on a couch) and upping your dosage of vitamin M&M. Now that's recovery.
