Hey, it's all about the spitting. It's long been known by experienced athletes that spitting clears the bad humours from the body allowing the spectral energy to flow through the lines of power which exist in a parallel dimension. Physics indeed!
So let's see, 30 minutes a day last month, 60 minutes a day this month...at this doubling rate by seven months you'll be running more than all day. Your boredom problems are solved! But might be time to get a bigger watch and more memory for the camera.
