So I've watched "Rocky" twice on the TV in the last few days. As you know it's a moderately inspirational flick. So I went out and rode 30 minutes on the bike, ran 40 minutes and lifted in the gym for 45 minutes. I must confess I didn't drink a glass full of eggs and I couldn't find a guy to punch me in the gut either - but I kept hearing that music.
